Pickled Green (unripe) Tomatoes

This is one of the easiest pickles recipe. All I need is
- green, unripe tomatoes,
- water, salt and vinegar solution.
Proportion is of 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to each quart of water.
-  1-2 garlic cloves for each jar
- horse radish
- carrots
- cauliflower
- celery leaves
- black pepper berries
- dry dill bunch
Fill the clean jars with tomatoes, add 1-2 garlic cloves, a few dry dill seeds and branches, one small horse radish, celery leaves and a few pepper berries.
Bring to boil the solution of water, salt and vinegar and pour it hot over the tomatoes until each jar is filled, then close them with their lids.
Let the jars stay inside for two weeks. The solution will bet blury at first, then it'll clear up. I'm keeping mine in the paintry with the other puckles and rets of the crop.
